常陸国正宗
As you may have guessed, this is a local limited edition sake from Kobayashi Shuzo, the brewer of Houou Mida!
We procured it at Michi no Eki Omigawa, a roadside station in Oyama City!
When I drank it, I found that it was not as gorgeous as Houou Mita, but it had just the right balance of fruity and umami flavors, and it was great 😋.
