I used to like and drink Daishinshu a lot.
I remember Yaebaru Junmai Daiginjo was delicious.
I bought it as a reward for myself because it was my first time to drink hiyaoroshi.
A style I don't drink much these days.

I like it because it is not overpowered by the body of sweetness alone.
But it's a bit like a high peak.
