Shinshu Memonjuku Certified Sake, what's that? ★☆☆☆ I used to like and drink Daishinshu a lot. I remember Yaebaru Junmai Daiginjo was delicious. I bought it as a reward for myself because it was my first time to drink hiyaoroshi. A style I don't drink much these days. The style that I was looking for......................... I like it because it is not overpowered by the body of sweetness alone. But it's a bit like a high peak. 2nd day after opening the bottle The body of sweetness is coming out. Takamine is also breaking down (lol) I'm not sure what it is anymore. Maybe it's because I'm drinking a lot of craft beer today, lol.
