What's up, Kaze no Mori, 3 in a row!
I bought it because of the heated sake.
The first sip really tasted like apples!
Well, personally, I thought it tasted better cold than heated at various temperatures!
The color of the sake is yellowish because some of the brewing water is made from sake that is more than 10 years old and ALPHA 5 that was brewed the previous year.
An interesting collaboration of aged and unpasteurized sake!
By the way, this sake is blended with sake (junmai sake, I guess) as an ingredient, so I guess it's not called junmai sake.
