Found in the sake corner of Takashimaya in Nagareyama Otakanomori. I had met Eiko-Fuji at a local liquor store, but they had recently stopped carrying it, so I was looking for a new sake to drink and found a bottle I had never seen before. It tasted rich and delicious, but it was not sweet. My husband said it tasted like a lager beer. I couldn't really pinpoint it, but it made some sense to me.

The liquor store recommended it to me again this year. When I bought it last year, I thought it was too acidic and didn't suit me...so I was hesitant to buy it again this year, even though it was recommended to me.... I was hesitant to buy it this year as well, although it was recommended to me. I tasted it and thought, "It's not sour, maybe it tastes good. It's not sour, maybe it tastes good," I thought and bought it. This year's was not sour, and the flavor was rich and delicious. Maybe because I drank it properly chilled? It was delicious.

This is also a product of the Akane Sasu-kai distribution. Including this one, there are only two left for distribution.... This one is easier to drink than the Kame-no-umi Saku yeast brewed one I had the other day, with a less spicy and refreshing aftertaste. That's why I drank it so quickly....

Purchased on a trip to Ehime. When I was allowed to taste it, it had been a while since I'd had nigori sake with low acidity, so I couldn't resist buying it! There were many souvenir shops, but if you buy it at a sake brewery, you can sample it. It was sweet and tasty with no sourness. This amount of sake will be gone soon...

It's a dark drink, tasty, but a little spicy. Day 1 is dark and tasty, a little spicy? Day 2 feels kind of spicy, not good. The third day, it's like, what? It tastes better than the last time. Eikoufuji's sake is a favorite of both husband and wife. It is a cloudy and sour sake. Since I like sweet and strong flavors, this sourness was not to my liking or expectation. However, a nearby liquor store had another Eiko Fuji sake in stock, so next time I'll buy that one!

Akane Sasu Kai, the last one. They are being served in ANA's first class. Sweet, easy to drink, sweet! It was a little amberish, so I was worried it might taste like old sake. I enjoyed it because I like sweet, strong flavors.

Akanesasukai's March distribution. It is sweet and has a sour taste like lactic acid bacteria. It was delicious. My husband said it was a strange sake. Because of its strong taste, it was a sake that made me feel full. It looks like it would go very well with sashimi, but I regret that I made it a junky rice accompaniment only at this time.

I was invited by a junior colleague to hike to Tenran and Tamineshuyama. Since I went all the way there, I bought a bottle of sake named after the mountains. To be honest, I bought it not expecting it to taste good, but it was easier to drink and tastier than I expected.
