This is my first time in the Wind Forest. I followed the recommendation to start with the standard. It is non-hydrogenated, slightly sparkling, easy to drink, but not so strong in aroma and not sweet. It seems to be a good food sake.

Purchased for the first time after being recommended. It's worth the premium. It is rich and full of flavor. It is a quintessential Aizu sake. It tastes good even though it has a small mouthful.
