Rishiri Island is known as a treasure trove of water and has been selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan. Rishiri, which rises in the center of the island. Rain and melted snow falling on Mt. Rishiri, which contains abundant nutrients, gushes out after a long period of about 30 years. Reiho no Shizuku" is made with such clean, smooth and refreshing water.
It is made from Hokkaido rice (comet) and has a mild and fruity taste. It goes well with tempura, grilled fish, and cheese.
