I bought this when I visited the Imadaiji Sake Brewery.
It was apparently a limited edition from the brewery ❗
It has a refreshing taste and you can drink as much as you want.
I wanted to try the heated sake, but I drank it all...
It is a low-alcohol sweet sake.
It has a rich sweetness, but the aftertaste is not persistent.
Note that it is easy to drink.
I finished a bottle in no time...
I was scared to drink it because it was supposed to be extremely dry, but the rich umami flavor spread in my mouth before the dryness.
It is very drinkable ❗
It might be a good sake for meat dishes.
I feel like drinking it sometimes!
Sparkling sake.
Not sweet, not spicy, no alcohol spikes.
Really refreshing and dry❗
It might be the best if you drink it when the temperature is high⁉️.
It is a slightly lower alcohol brand.
Slightly carbonated, refreshing, with a slight sweet aftertaste.
I still like this mouthfeel the best 🍶.
Every Kaze no Mori sake is delicious 😃✌️
Slightly carbonated❗
Fresh mouthfeel, not too sweet.
I had been drinking only sake with a sweet aftertaste, so I was thankful to have found a sake that was fresh and had character, but without sweetness.
Be careful not to drink too much because it's so refreshing.
I personally like Fukushima Prefecture, so I bought a bottle of Fukushima sake.
The taste is light and refreshing, with a slight acidity in the aftertaste.
I should have drunk it with a meal... (regret). (regret).
I had a feeling that this sake would be a great addition to a meal.
Since Takeyoshi had an image of being dry, I wondered how Hiyayogoshi would be like.
As it turned out, the mouthfeel started with a tangy, slightly carbonated taste, and then became light and refreshing. It started with a slight carbonation and was light and refreshing.
I did not feel much spiciness.
But when I drank it when the coldness of the sake had weakened, I could feel a little spiciness.
It was delicious!
I thought it would be mild because it was hiyaoroshidashi, but when I tried it, I found that it had a refreshingly sweet taste ❗.
It seems that sake made with rice from Gohyakumangoku is characterized by its calm and gorgeous aroma and sharp taste.
I'm convinced~✌️
Labels peeled off due to condensation on the bottles, so I took a picture of the filed labels (sweat).
It was mellow and sweet on the palate.
It was like hiyaoroshi, with a mature flavor that spread in the mouth ❗
This sake is sponsoring fireworks to be launched on October 1, Sake Day.
The aroma foreshadows a refreshing sweetness.
The mouthfeel is fresh and invigorating.
The aftertaste is fresh and refreshing, with a hint of sweetness that quickly fades away.
Just like the fireworks on the label, I felt a refreshing firework burst in my mouth the moment I took a sip.
Kaze no Mori is delicious after all❗❗❗
Sparkling sake with a strong sourness and impact.
The aftertaste was impressive, with a sweet-sourness reminiscent of yogurt.
However, it was priced at 880 yen per 300 ml bottle, tax included, so perhaps a bit expensive?
Sparkling sake is easily available at supermarkets.
The alcohol content is 6-7%, so you can finish it with a slight intoxication.
Recently, my boom is to enjoy this "Utakata" after lunch on holidays❗.
It is nice to have a boom.
Nice to meet you, Koshino Kirie 😊.
It's a lovely way to spend a holiday afternoon ✨The red beko (or is it?) glass is also cool and cute 🎐. The glass is cool and cute too 🎐.
Fresh on the palate.
The palate is light and slightly dry.
The aftertaste is a mix of slightly sweet and spicy flavors.
It was my first time to drink sake made by Koudou-Shinko, but it was delicious without any peculiarities.
It had been a long time since I had tasted sake from the Tohoku region.
Purchased at Ponshukan in Niigata Station.
It is a Ponshukan limited edition.
I drank it after returning to the business hotel.
It had a pleasantly sweet, refreshing taste.
The aftertaste is not persistent, and it goes through the nose smoothly and pleasantly.
I can't stop pouring!
If I have a chance to visit Niigata again, I definitely want to drink this brand.
