I personally like Fukushima Prefecture, so I bought a bottle of Fukushima sake.
The taste is light and refreshing, with a slight acidity in the aftertaste.
I should have drunk it with a meal... (regret). (regret).
I had a feeling that this sake would be a great addition to a meal.
