I came back to Hokkaido from Kyushu. I bought about five bottles of sake! Here is the first bottle! I've never tasted Higashitsuru Junmai Ginjo White! This is the first time I've tasted Saga no Hana, the rice used to make it. As a lover of sweet sake, it has a refreshing sweetness! I lived in Kyushu for less than 3 years and enjoyed Saga's sake. I will post sake from Hokkaido in the future!

It is a refreshingly sweet sake.　It is a little tangy in the mouth, but the sweetness soon comes through. It also has a nice aftertaste. It is more refreshing than Kifotsuru Velvet which I drank before. It is more refreshing than Kifotsuru Velvet.

I bought this at Asahiya in Saga City. Sweet and fruity! Made from 100% Omachi. I've had a lot of different kinds of sake, but I seem to like the sake made in Omachi. Maybe it was just a coincidence... I'm impressed with the depth of Kyushu's sake since I moved here from Hokkaido. It's delicious 😆.

It was purchased and stored last year. It is a sake produced by the son of the 14th generation brewer. It is lightly cloudy, fruity, and sweet. I tried it on the rocks or with soda, but it was delicious on the rocks.

A woman who emigrated from China got hooked on sake after drinking Koshiki Meili! I recommend this sake! She told us that she was very happy with it! Oguro Sake Brewery is now DHC Sake Brewery. I compared the sake at room temperature and chilled, but I recommend room temperature or lukewarm heating because the flavor of the sake is lessened when chilled. It was delicious!

It was introduced to me by a sake rice farmer I met the other day. I don't often drink nigori, but I found it refreshing and delicious. The price was reasonable at 1,100 yen. Be careful when you open the bottle! I opened the bottle slowly, taking about 2 minutes to do so. If you open it all at once, it will spurt out. I'm drinking nigori with sashimi today!

The other day I visited Osato Sake Brewery. I could not visit the brewery, but I bought Kuroda Bushy K NEXT at the adjacent direct sales shop. I opened the bottle today. The first sip was sweet, followed by sour and fruity. I like sweet sake, and I liked it very much. I bought a bottle of Shine Muscat at a nearby vineyard after purchasing it and it was very tasty. It was not for sale, but there were extra-large Shine Muscats. I️ was surprised at the size.

This sake is brewed with sake rice produced by a sake rice farmer we met at Asahiya, a sake shop we go to when we visit Saga.　It is an easy-drinking sake like white wine. The illustration on the label seems to have been drawn by the sake rice farmer. I also bought the sake from another sake brewer who also distributes sake rice to other breweries.　I will post more when I drink it again!

I went to Yatsuka Sake Brewery and bought it. It is sweet and refreshing. This brand changes its flavor depending on the year it is brewed, and it seems to be made to suit that year's sake. A good sake brewery makes sure that the sake tastes the same every year, but at Kin we want to change the taste every year so that our customers can enjoy it! He told us, "We want to change the taste every year so that our customers can enjoy it! They also produce shochu and we bought a small bottle of Suzume Amber Mujika. It is fun to visit a sake brewery!
