Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica)
Elegant and gorgeous aroma. A little lactic acidic. It has a fine texture. I imagined it would be sweet, but it was not. I like ogara-mi, and I drank this bottle in no time at all👍.
Juicy, with moderate acidity and a sweetness that is typical of Aizan. The finish was very clean and clean, with no lingering aftertaste. It was delicious! Excellent 👏.
I had this sake when I was in Izu a while ago. It has a smooth texture with a concentrated rice flavor and a moderate sharpness that makes it easy to drink, but it's still a solid sake!
My first post in a while is Mikumari. It's a little fizzy, but more carbonated than fizzy. It has a muscat-like aroma, soft sweetness and umami, and a refreshing sharpness, which is typical of Hououmida, but a little light.
Miyazumi's Yamadaho is full of flavor and richness with a gentle sweetness and acidity that fills the mouth with a well-balanced, well-rounded and robust sake flavor. It is also delicious👍.
The fruity and juicy sweetness and deliciousness typical of Aizan spread out with moderate acidity and a mellow lingering taste that is aromatic and mellow and irresistible 👍.
Slightly melon and muscat-like aroma (a unique good perfume). Slightly effervescent, fresh and juicy. The soft flavor, acidity, and light sharpness make it easy to drink. It was very fresh and tasty, and it was great as a food wine as it went well with all kinds of food, whether fish or meat👍.
It has a calm nose, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity aroma (melon and muscat) that is typical of Aizan, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity.
The first Ura-nabeshima. It has a refreshing fruity aroma of citrus fruits and a clean, refreshing mouthfeel, but the fresh, slightly carbonated taste is complemented by a perfect balance of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness, and fades out with a light sharpness. It is a perfect match for any meal. It's a fruity, yet robust sake that is very current.
The sweet and elegant aroma of the wine was followed by a rounded taste. But as time passed, it became juicy and fruity like lychee, and I drank it in no time at all. This sake is perfect for the spring season👍.
A very good sake with a mellow mouthfeel, sweetness from the rice, and a firm umami and richness, but with a crisp finish that flows cleanly through the palate. As with the theme of Hidakami, it was a perfect match with sashimi and grilled fish👍.
I tried it because it's a hot topic right now, but it's just a new sensation. The pineapple-like fruity and lactic acid aroma mixed with the complex texture makes it light and easy to drink, but you can also feel the depth of the sake, making it a champagne-like sake. The low alcohol content helped me finish it in no time at all. It was very tasty👍.
It has a refreshing melon aroma, a moderate sweetness, a light acidity, a rich umami and a full-bodied flavor that mixes and mellows out, leaving a lingering aftertaste of a good, solid sake. The taste is very good. As a Collage lover, I was very satisfied with the taste👍.
It starts with a clear and subtly elegant aroma, and when you take it into your mouth, you feel the sweetness of rice in the midst of sourness, richness, and tanginess, while finishing with a soft sharpness. I expected it to be more fruity, but I could feel a variety of flavors and could drink it slowly. It was as delicious as I expected.
Young green apple? It has a fresh and mellow aroma and sweetness (full of fruitiness), and a good balance of clean acidity and umami, which flows down the throat nicely, so you can drink as much as you want. It is a delicious wine that will not betray your expectations.
The aroma is subdued, but when you put it in your mouth, a gentle fruity scent spreads, and you can feel the firm acidity and richness, and finish with a pleasant light finish. It's a great way to bring out the full flavor of the rice👍.
