This is an unusual product. It is an unusual product that blended five breweries of Junmaishu in the Okiwata region of Yamagata Prefecture. I imagined a terrible taste from the label, but it was a little sweet Junmai sake crisp and normal. It has no peculiarities and has a clean aftertaste. It doesn't have much personality, so it's delicious, but I don't think I'll buy it again. But I wouldn't mind buying a bottle at least once! It's interesting!

★★★☆☆ It was very difficult to open it. After opening the bottle a little bit, I turned it upside down to mix some turbidity, but I regretted that I should have done it after opening the bottle completely. I opened the bottle little by little until the bubbles settled. But with that much foam, it was like carbonation!　I bought the less cloudy one and it was so thick. I wonder what it would have been like if I had bought the more turbid one. The taste is a little spicy, so it may not be enough for those who like sweet muddiness, but the fizz is irresistible and you can't stop drinking it.

★★★★ It wasn't until the last drink that I realized it was going to be good on the rocks, so I put an ice cube in it and it was delicious. I didn't notice that it was a honjozo brew and not a pure rice brew, so it was totally smooth to drink. It has a strong fruitiness and a high alcohol content, so it would be nice to carbonate it.

★★★ 遠心分離生酒って何？と思い思わず購入しましたが、微妙。そもそも淡麗辛口なので、好みでない。と言うのが、残念なところでしょうか。新潟のお酒は辛口が多いですよねー。ちょっと保存しとくとまた味が変わるかも？

★★★☆ 甘味が強く濃ゆい。あまり量は飲めないけどお酒の味を楽しむにはいいかも。かなり冷やして飲むと良い。ぬるくなるとくどい。この銘柄は初めて飲んだ。

★★★★ 賀茂鶴にしては結構スッキリ。醸造アルコールが入ってるからでしょうか。杉の香りがとてもよくしてますが、爽やかで飲み口がとてもいいです。いつもはもっと甘口が好きですがこれは気分を変えるのにとてもいいかも。

小左衛門は上品な飲み口なのであまり買わないのですが、この時期限定で最後の1本、「純米吟醸うすにごり」と濁り酒好きの自分にピピっときて買ってみましたが、大当たり！まろやかな味わいに美発泡のシュワシュワした感じと濁り独特の口に残る感じがいい。しかも爽やか。これは次見つけたらまた買いそうです。

ものすごい原酒感。後味は甘く飲みにくいことはないけど、どっしりがっつりとしたお酒でアルコール強め。キッツイのが好きな方向け。美味しい

★★★★☆ 完熟バナナ酵母で仕込まれた、なんか人間ダメになる逸品w 後味がものすごいバナナで、でも日本酒というなんとも言えない味わいで、リキュール飲んでるみたいなんですが日本酒。クセになりそう。シフォンケーキと一緒に飲むと「バナナシフォンケーキ」に、チョコと一緒に飲むと「バナナチョコ」にw 宴会にもってこいの1本です
