It wasn't until the last drink that I realized it was going to be good on the rocks, so I put an ice cube in it and it was delicious.
I didn't notice that it was a honjozo brew and not a pure rice brew, so it was totally smooth to drink.
It has a strong fruitiness and a high alcohol content, so it would be nice to carbonate it.
