This is an unusual product.
It is an unusual product that blended five breweries of Junmaishu in the Okiwata region of Yamagata Prefecture.
I imagined a terrible taste from the label, but it was a little sweet Junmai sake crisp and normal. It has no peculiarities and has a clean aftertaste.
It doesn't have much personality, so it's delicious, but I don't think I'll buy it again. But I wouldn't mind buying a bottle at least once! It's interesting!
