Junmai, 60% polished rice, al15-16.
I met this at some pub, but I didn't note down the name of the restaurant.
The sake was drunk before April 2017 when I started using the app to record the label image and the date I drank it, so for the time being I'm uniformly giving the date I drank it as 01/04/2017.
It is 17-18% alcohol by volume and gives you a kick the moment you drink it.
It has a fullness like a cork, but
It has a sharpness on the tongue.
I want to taste it slowly.
★★★★☆
I wasn't expecting much because of the plain label, but it's fruity and has a trace of sweetness. There's quite a bit of lees settling at the bottom. At the end it converges with spiciness and alcohol.
