Purchased from Icom.
I put it in the fridge for another 6 months after I bought it.
It was much yellow, but I didn't feel such an old fragrance, it wasn't hard to drink, and I felt it was mellow.
It's good.
The black and purple color is a good sake. This is quite good. But it's more than a year old. And yet it's good. No twists or turns. Isn't this better?
I bought it at New Year's and finally opened it. A little dry, ginjo aroma, aroma -> white peach, food match -> vegetable dish. It's quite a nice sake. I'm looking forward to opening the purple one. It's pretty good.
In Sajo-sa.
It has a mellow taste at first, and then it is dry and crisp.
I would have liked a little more aftertaste. I guess this is what it is supposed to be.
But it is an interesting sake that can be enjoyed twice.
