I've been wanting to drink this Hououmita for a while!
The aroma upon opening the bottle was gorgeous!
As you can see from the image, it has a refreshing mouthfeel - the label says it's like Muscat, but it's true. The label says it's like Muscat, and that's true. I also felt the sourness like a white wine.
The aftertaste was a little bit of a moderate bitterness sharpness.
It's delicious! At room temperature, the aftertaste becomes gentler, which I personally prefer.

I bought it at a nearby convenience store along with a beer~.
It's a local brand that's sold in every supermarket, so I didn't think to buy it until now, but it's Nigori.
Hmm? It's delicious! It's lightly fizzy, easy to drink, and has a hint of sweetness, so it went down easy.

My first Senkou! I was interested in Senkou when I saw Sakelabo, so I bought it. After some hesitation, I chose the naturals.
The aroma is not that strong, but it has a gentle round taste. I could drink it without any peculiarity at all!

The Jikin Nigori I drank at the end of the year was so good, I'm having a nigori boom myself! So I bought this one, a local sake. It has a mellow texture and flavor, with a strong petite texture, it's delicious! It's good to have a little bit of alcohol in your mouth and then switch to a mellow taste.
I've never had a snowman before, so I'd like to try one.

I was told by the owner of the sake shop that this year's sake is not good! So I bought it.
It's really good.
The aroma is refreshing. The mouthfeel is also refreshing, mellow, fruity, and beautiful.
It gives me the impression that it's between the beauty of Tobiroki and the mellowness of Collage.

My first Taquachiyo! In conclusion, it's quite delicious❗.
The moment I put it in my mouth, the rich, thick sweetness spread. The mellow taste continues as it is in the aftertaste.
It was easy to drink and I got drunk from drinking too much.

My impressions after first drinking it cold by mistake.
At first I thought it was a white wine. I thought it was a white wine, but the flavors lingered in my mouth and were a bit bittersweet.
Then I had it slightly lukewarm, and the aftertaste was totally different! There was a flavor and a deliciousness that went right through the nose.
I don't drink heated sake very often, so I still have a lot to learn!

Like Tobiroki, it has become more famous and harder to find, but I still recommend it.
