I drank it on a flight. It is a well-balanced Junmai Daiginjo with caramelized sweetness, umami, and acidity without being too sweet, which makes you want to drink more.
Local Nagasaki Hasami sixty-odd states. Slightly sweet. Of course it is delicious. From the label, I wonder if they have recently released a new brand.
Nice to meet you, Q-Taromaru 🌙
I see that Rokujyuyosu is a Hasami sake! I love the simple label ✨I just bought a Hasami-ware sake cup the other day and would love to drink some Rokujyuyosu someday 😊.
Thanks for your hard work, Aaru Sake. I think it is one of the strong sake breweries in Nagasaki prefecture. I urge you to try the sake cup you purchased and drink some of the sixty-odd states!
The red onikiri is also available in blue in summer.
It's spicy, so you won't get bored of it, but it's also very heavy, so you won't feel it's not enough. I haven't heated it up yet, but I will drink it cold in early summer.
I bought it because I thought it was rare in Nagasaki Prefecture. The impression is of an umakuchi type that looks great warmed up. It is labeled "gin-kan".
