I was wondering if I should drink the Risshun morning pressing (Senkou & Kouji) I got today or drink it from stock and this is the result of my amida 😆.
Soft, clear, light and elegant. Moderate sweetness and bitterness felt in the aftertaste.
When the temperature is raised a little, you can feel more flavor and sweetness, very tasty. ‼︎‼︎
