I was surprised at the feeling of coming up when I opened it. I drank the top clear and nigorigo separately! I had never had much doburoku before, but it had a silky feeling similar to orikarami. The Kamisumi also felt like it was shuwashi in my mouth. I guess it is the power of fermentation. It is sharp and delicious 😋.

It is said that this sake was squeezed in leap year. The breath 💨 and the aroma was amazing when I opened it! Chilliness, sweetness and bitterness delicious😋.
