Just sweet delicious! You don't feel the aroma that much before drinking, but when you put it in your mouth, the flavor from the sweetness spreads all over at once, but it's also very light and crisp and makes you want the next one sooner. The aroma is like a muscat.

Immediately after opening the bottle, the aroma is not that strong, but when you put it in your mouth, the Muscat-like aroma spreads in your mouth. Then, it finishes with a slight bitterness. If this is the first sake you make, the quality is too high!

A little hard right after opening the bottle. I transferred it to a tin katty and opened it! It is fragrant and the taste changes one after another in the mouth. It has a moderate sweetness and a little bitterness at the end that makes you want the next one. You can fully enjoy this sake by itself without matching it with food. It is 100% Aizan and 55% polished rice. I would like to ask.

According to the shop owner, the Shu label used to be limited to overseas shipments, but is now being shipped in small quantities to the domestic market as well. The difference is that the overseas version is unpasteurized sake, while the domestic version is infused. Either way, it's a limited edition, so we bought it. It tastes like a green apple with yeast No.6, and it has a nice crispness!

I've been wanting to try this for so long, and now that it's back in stock, I can finally afford it! I was told to be careful opening the bottle, but it didn't get that out of control and was safe. It's just as you said it would be, a schwartz adult Calpis! The sweetness is moderate and the alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, making it easy to drink. I've heard that if you let it sit for a few days, the sourness will round out and change, so I'll enjoy it a little bit every day!
