According to the shop owner, the Shu label used to be limited to overseas shipments, but is now being shipped in small quantities to the domestic market as well.
The difference is that the overseas version is unpasteurized sake, while the domestic version is infused.
Either way, it's a limited edition, so we bought it.
It tastes like a green apple with yeast No.6, and it has a nice crispness!
