The smell of rice in a sweet aroma. Faint, almost colorless, mountain ash color. A slight swooshiness. It has a fruit-like freshness with a strong rice taste. The alcohol taste is also strong. Sake rice: 100% rice grown in Hiroshima Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 70%. ALC: 18 degrees This is the third bottle of the Hanpukai. The leaflet says, "Aroma reminiscent of melon, soft and gentle on the palate.

This is the second bottle of the distribution program. The leaflet says it has an aroma reminiscent of dried fruits and a deep, lingering taste. Intense rice aroma and maturing scent. Amber color. The sweetness is refreshing, with a moderate bitterness on the tongue and a spicy taste on the tip of the tongue. When you drink it down, you can feel the alcohol lingering in your throat. Sake rice: 100% rice grown in Hiroshima Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 58%. ALC: 15 degrees

The stimulation remains on the tongue for a while and then disappears quickly. Sake rice: Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio: 70 ALC: 15 degrees Sake Brewer's Comment "A 202 years old sake brewer brewed Sakarimasu Junmai dry sake. It won the gold medal in the national heated sake contest 2020." ALC: 15 degrees Sake Brewer's Comment PR : "It is brewed by Yamahai-zukuri, and has a firm structure with a gentle touch, which comfortably penetrates the body. The more you drink it, the more you become addicted to this everyday sake." There was no product with the same label on the homepage, so it might be a limited edition of the sake festival. ALC: 15 degrees Sake Brewer's Comment PR : "This sake has a well-balanced aroma and full-bodied flavor with the ancient tradition of sake being preserved." It is the best part of the Saijo Sake Festival to line up at the tents over there and over there with the pamphlet with this PR in one hand and the sake tasting cup in the other.... Last year and this year, the Saijo Sake Festival couldn't be held on a regular basis, so I ordered a 6-bottle set of sake from 5 random prefectures and Hiroshima, while various events were being held online.
