Mitsuko
Aroma unique to Junmai-shu. Almost colorless and transparent. It has a soft mouthfeel, but it is crisp and dry. It has a strong alcohol feeling. The stimulation remains on the tongue for a while and then disappears quickly.

With the Corona disaster last year and this year, the Saijo Sake Festival was not able to take place as usual, so I ordered a set of six bottles of sake from five random prefectures and Hiroshima, among many other events online.
