Full-bodied aroma. Pale Yamabuki color. Sourness and a firm rice taste. A pleasant bitterness remains afterwards. It has a strong alcoholic taste for its alcohol content.

Sake Brewer's Comment "The brewery is located at the top of Chikuma river at the foot of Mt.Kita-Yatsugatake in Shinshu. We brew freely sake mainly using the traditional yeast moldering method with a mind to return to the origin."
With the Corona disaster, the Saijo Sake Festival was not able to be held last year and this year, so we ordered a set of six bottles of sake from five random prefectures and Hiroshima while various events were being held online.
