This one answered our request for a long aftertaste with a peculiar flavor. It had a strong flavor and went well with blue cheese. The second day after opening, the sweetness settles down and the bitterness on the finish is good. On the third day, the bitterness was not as strong as before. The third day, it lost its character. You can drink it by itself or with a meal, but it's crisp in a glass, and sweet and bitter in a cup. It was a good encounter ✨
