It is tightly wrapped in plastic with UV protection. Mild aroma. The juicy feeling in the mouth is the best. I will try it with bamboo shoot rice😊.

I bought it at a liquor store in my neighborhood. I cooked Buri-daikon (yellowtail and radish), so I went there to look for a sake that goes well with it, and they recommended it to me. It is the best match for buri-daikon as the jacket says🐟

It's not too sweet and has a nice piquancy to it. While nibbling on the homemade tuna marinated in miso chibi chibi😁.
