I chose this bottle for my parents' New Year. I had only drunk Sunokure before, but this one has a more elegant taste with more sweetness. It was the first time for me to drink Aizan, but I was impressed that it could make this sweetness. Even if it is called sweetness, the aftertaste is clean and beautiful, and the complexity that I feel is a deliciousness that lingers. My family also said it was the best, and that it was delicious. It's a good idea to drink it that way because it's the New Year!

This is my second bottle after the Snow Crescent. It has a gassy, tingly feeling that lingers on the tongue. I was surprised when the lid flew off at first because of the strong gas. The sourness is characteristic of the freshness. I'm looking forward to drinking it again after it settles down a few days after opening the bottle. A few days after opening the bottle, the taste becomes more rounded and delicious.

10 years old sake. Even though it is an aged sake, it is watered and less than 15 degrees, so it is easy to drink and clear. I prefer Gikyo's raw sake.

It's an initiative to donate a portion of sales to medical institutions as a form of medical support, expressing gratitude to the medical personnel on the front lines fighting the corona vortex. As a drinker, I thought I'd do my bit to help. It's dry, and has the alcoholic feel of sake. I'll drink it as a midday drink.
