It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, with just the right amount of aroma to make it a refreshing drink. It is a well-balanced sake. It is the kind of sake that you drink too much in exchange for its ease of drinking.
The sake had a gorgeous aroma and a strong sweetness that did not disappoint my expectations. It may be the best sake I have ever tasted.
It has no bitterness or peculiarity and is very easy to drink.
Slightly effervescent and sweet with a clean aftertaste. It has a nice freshness. I liked the gorgeous aroma during the tasting, but the aroma was light, probably because I was sick.... I failed the day I drank it.
The sweetness was prominent at first, but the flavor & bitterness is stronger in the remainder. Perhaps because I just recovered from a cold and am not at full strength, I could not detect much aroma. I was looking forward to it, but it was disappointing!
As a sake novice, it is gutsy and Han-ish to me. Indescribable aftertaste. No alcohol feel, but kamado feeling. It's good. It's the kind of sake that goes well when you're ready to drink. And then you will get drunk.
P.S. I left the leftover sake in the refrigerator for 10 days after degassing it due to a business trip or a cold. It became surprisingly mellow lol. This may also be possible.
SENKIN makes not sake, but natural apple wine or cider. 6% alcohol by volume.
The power of fermentation made it a strongly carbonated water. Amazing!
Is it sweet? I thought so, but it's not nearly as sweet. It's like sparkling wine. My wife says it is delicious. I don't like it, it's not what I expected...
Less sweet, but more flavorful? But it also has a refreshing feeling. It's 13 degrees, so it's easy to drink. It's a waste, so today we both only drank one cup.
