The sweetness was prominent at first, but the flavor & bitterness is stronger in the remainder. Perhaps because I just recovered from a cold and am not at full strength, I could not detect much aroma. I was looking forward to it, but it was disappointing!

As a sake novice, it is gutsy and Han-ish to me. Indescribable aftertaste. No alcohol feel, but kamado feeling. It's good. It's the kind of sake that goes well when you're ready to drink. And then you will get drunk.
P.S. I left the leftover sake in the refrigerator for 10 days after degassing it due to a business trip or a cold. It became surprisingly mellow lol. This may also be possible.

2日目。混ぜずに上澄だけ、スパークリング感あるんですね。美味しいけど、混ぜた方が好きかな。それにしても日本酒って不思議。
