It was a cute Tanuki label for Valentine's Day. It tastes sweet and sour with citrus! It's like grapefruit juice and you can't help but drink too much of it. I wonder if this is really made from rice. I really like the taste.

Right out of the fridge, it tastes like a perfectly crisp white wine. After exposing it to room temperature for a while (10-15℃?) It tastes like sweet sake in the mouth, and the aftertaste is wine. I like both sake and wine, so it's nice to be able to enjoy both!

Day 1 of opening it was fresh and tasted like blue banana, day 3 was a bit more mild, mellow, melon-like fruity. Delicious! Note: On the 5th day the sweetness and fruitiness disappeared and the aftertaste became a bit harsh. Even though it's raw sake, does the taste change this fast with refrigeration?

The first sip tasted like the syrupy pills I took when I was little? But the aftertaste is refreshing. When you taste it carefully, it has a complex taste that cannot be described in a few words. It is different from ordinary sake, but it is delicious.
