Aroma ummai, rice, toasted. Alcoholic. Grilled rice and umami on the palate. Nice acidity. Minerality/texture on the finish. Complex. A big, hearty food sake.
Pale yellow/straw color. Toasted cereal, molasses and honey on the nose. On the palate, light taste of toasted hazelnuts, soy, canned plums. Nice acidity to support it all. Very long on the palate. Pair with 4-cheese ravioli and roasted garlic cream sauces. Really excellent.
Drank cold: Distinctive texture. Intense phenolic note. Presence of alcohol on the nose. Few fruity notes.
Drunk warm: fruit stands out, alcohol is present but accompanied by various aromas, including a hint of hazelnut.
Little finesse. Tannins take up a lot of space on the palate. À. Drink warm.
Light straw yellow, rice aroma, light caramel. Light lychee ester, umami. Low acidity and sweetness. Finishes with a hint of astringency that brings a dryness balancing the sugar.
