Shigaizumi's sake we drank last year was very delicious. The liquor store's comment was that this year's was very good.
Opening the bottle was easy. The slight sweetness and acidity are intertwined, making it very easy to drink.
I was tempted to gobble it down, but that would be a waste.
It's too delicious, I hope to meet you next week 🙏.
I bought this at Miyajima Shoten on the way to Ueda after soaking in a hot spring in Takayama Village and passing through the Sugadaira Plateau.
I had no information about it, so I bought it on inspiration, but it was very light and tasty. As one would expect from Shinshu.
There are so many breweries in Nakano, Obuse, and Suzaka that I got lost.
Aroma of apples. When you put it in your mouth, it has a dark citrusy sourness and sweetness, and a slight sense of aging. It seems to be a little aged. The firm umami spreads and tightens. It is delicious.
