I bought this at Miyajima Shoten on the way to Ueda after soaking in a hot spring in Takayama Village and passing through the Sugadaira Plateau.
I had no information about it, so I bought it on inspiration, but it was very light and tasty. As one would expect from Shinshu.

Aroma of apples. When you put it in your mouth, it has a dark citrusy sourness and sweetness, and a slight sense of aging. It seems to be a little aged. The firm umami spreads and tightens. It is delicious.
