Yamamoto Shuzoten, Yamamoto Pure Black, Junmai Ginjo
First sweetness, then acidity, and a little astringency.
If you drink it without food, the spiciness will appear, but if you drink it with food, the sweetness will cover the spiciness.
Watanabe Sahei Shoten, Nikko Honor, Junmai Brewed Sake
If you go for a drive in the Utsunomiya area, it's always a good idea to ride the Light Line!
This junmai sake is quite delicious!
Yellowish color, then it should be heated!
It's good, heated is the way to go!
Watanabe Sahei Shoten, Nikko Homare, Junmai Ginjo, Yumesasara
When I go for a drive in Tochigi Prefecture, I always buy a bottle of Tochigi's local sake!
The aroma is mild, with a hint of ginjo aroma and sweetness, but it is rather light and dry.
Repeat of Shichiken Sparkling Yamanokasumi from Yamanashi Brewing Co.
Last year's brew, which was thrown on the discount wagon at Kasumi Ryukesaki Nakazato store.
Usually we get a half bottle, but this time we got a full bottle!
No bubbles, no loss of bubbles, just a good taste.
Well, there are some unsold wines that have been left out for a few years.
Sake Sei, Chitosekuru, Namara Junmai Dry
Namara Super Dry, previously a honjozo sake, is now a junmai sake in the lineup renewal following the construction of a new brewery.
It also carries the CHITOSE TSURU REBORN sentence.
As the name suggests, it is dry and has a light flavor.
If this is the case, you can either cool it down or warm it up...then warm it up!
Hot sake is delicious, and so hot!
Most Hokkaido sake is drunk chilled, but this one should be heated up!
Sake Sei, Chitose Tsuru Junmai Ginjyo Kitashizuku
Chitose Tsuru has made a major change to its lineup with the construction of a new brewery, and it is called CHITOSE TSURU REBORN!
Oh, it's a melon, a melon overflowing with oral cavity!
Just because Hokkaido is famous for its melons doesn't mean you have to make your sake into a melon!
It's dry, dry, dry... but there's a strong sweetness with a hint of sourness in the back and a bitterness in the aftertaste.
No, but it's still melon!
Aoki Shuzo, Gokeijo Special Junmai Sake
The label only says that the rice is from Ibaraki Prefecture, but according to the Aoki Sake Brewery website, the variety is Hitanishiki.
Yellowish water color, with a hint of cucurbit greenness at room temperature, but not at all when heated.
Aoki Shuzo, Gokeijo, Junmai Ginjo Summer Nama-zake
It's a summer sake, but it's still raw, and it's fucking hot even though it's the middle of September!
The rice is Hitanishiki.
Sweet and spicy at the same time, it seems fresh and heavy, with a slight gasiness.
Fuji Nishiki Shuzo, Manyo Junmai Namaisake
Cold sake in a 300 ml bottle ordered at Manyo Club in Hadano.
I guess they just put the Manyo Club label on something in the Fuji Nishiki Shuzo lineup.
Rice polishing ratio 65%, clean taste with a full-bodied flavor.
Raifuku Shuzo, Miil Special Junmai
Kasumi, a supermarket based in Ibaraki Prefecture
PB sake developed by that Kasumi.
There is no other information about it.
The aroma and the strong yellowish water color suggest that it was made using the Yamahai method.
Raifuku Shuzo, Ketsunagi Junmai Ginjo
Sold exclusively at Aeon Malls in Ibaraki Prefecture.
Although the POP said it was made with Hitanishiki
Ibaraki sake brewed with Ibaraki rice by an Ibaraki sake brewery and distributed to Ibaraki stores.
Slightly bittersweet, rich in acidity and sweetness, full-bodied, with a definite but not overpowering ginjo aroma.
Not bad, not bad at all!
Gomachida Shuzo Corporation, Toichi, Junmai Daiginjo
On Japan Airlines Flight JL317 First Class
Magical Mirai 2024 on board the plane for the Fukuoka expedition.
I was supposed to arrive in Fukuoka on the evening of the previous day, but the typhoon forced me to change my plans...
I bought a shareholder's discount ticket on Yahoo! Auctions and changed to first class.
Kikusui Shuzo, Kikusui Junmai Sake
I've had this one before in a four-pack.
Just fill a bathtub with hot water, dump the can into the tub, and let it sit for a while, and a heated can is ready!
It is said that Kikusui Junmai is the most delicious sake in the can in their lineup, with a full-bodied flavor and a dry but not sharp taste!
It is a glimpse into the technical prowess of a major sake brewery.
Kikusui Shuzo, Kikusui Funaguchi Daiginjo-Nama Sake
Kikusui Funaguchi 50th Anniversary Limited Edition
...I go to Aeon Liquor and they have quite a few left.
Unwatered raw sake, 19% alcohol by volume, the stimulation of alcohol masked by sweetness.
However, even though it is a draft sake, it is distributed at room temperature. Well, since canned beer is also distributed at room temperature without heat treatment, the yeast must have been thoroughly removed by filtration.
It has a fresher taste than ordinary twice-heated sake, but it has less yeast than refrigerated nama-zake.
It is a high quality sake for a single can, and I will stock up on a few while they are still available at my local Aeon Mall.
Fukumitsuya, Kagatobi, Yamahai Junmai Authentic Dry
When I wanted to drink Hokuriku sake, I saw Fukumitsuya here and there.
Well, here it is, the real dry sake!
Slightly yellowish color, the color of Yamahai.
The aroma is also, how do you say it? Nuts? Aroma of Yamahai.
Umami that expands when heated up.
Sake from Hokuriku...good!
Fukumitsuya, Kagatobi Junmai Ginjo
When I wanted to drink Hokuriku sake, I saw Fukumitsuya's Kagatobi here and there.
It is a delicious sake with a sweetness that enhances the taste of the accompaniments, while the ginjo aroma is well pronounced without an alcoholic smell!
The rice is from Nagano and Hyogo.
Tanaka Shuzo (from Otaru), Takaragawa, Junmai Daiginjo
As usual, a souvenir sake from the Snow Miku expedition.
Takaragawa is rarely available at New Chitose Airport or in Sapporo city.
Dewazakura Sake Brewery, Special Junmai Sake, One-Gou Can
These bright red cans are a bit limited in where they are sold.
It's a can that tastes great warmed up, but how do I heat it up when drinking on the road?
