Easy to drink. Clean and refreshing. But there is a sense of sake depending on the fish. It goes well with grilled fish rather than boiled fish. Be careful not to drink too much. It goes well with blue cheese. We drank it at the end of autumn.

It hit me hard, no aftertaste! I served it with gorgonzola, and it complimented the gorgonzola beautifully. I think I could drink as much as I want while eating.

No.10 -> It is easy to drink, a little tangy, and has a sweet mellow aroma in the mouth. No.14 -> The aroma is not so strong, but you can feel the sweetness in your mouth. It is more like sake than No.10, but it is refreshing to drink because it has a sour feeling. Both are delicious! No.18 -> Ama, umami, sizzling, refreshing. Will buy again!
