Koshihikari, 27% polished rice
Moderate aroma, nutty and milk-like flavors.
At first, the palate was mild and introverted.
After about an hour after being uncorked, it opened up quickly.
A juicy pear-like flavor emerges.
I have the impression that it has not yet reached its full potential.
It could age for 10 years or so.

It has a gorgeous aroma of juicy fruits such as pears and melons. The taste is just as gorgeous as the aroma, with a lingering aftertaste that penetrates to the top, and is indeed highly polished (27%).
It has a delicate but thick line, an image of a so-called thin line woven into a thicker one. This is a characteristic of the high price range that I personally feel.
Above all, even though it is Arabashiri, it has no roughness and is very easy to drink, so if you don't control yourself, you won't be able to stop.
I got it for a reason this time, but honestly, I think the cost is not good.
However, if you like to drink it, it is important to experience the high price range at least once.
It's been a while since I posted.
I have this sake in my hand by chance.
I've had it once upon a time, and I can only recall the gorgeous impression, but after many years, it has a complex aroma... I can't express it well, but it has a supreme slice of deliciousness.
