Purchased as a souvenir from sightseeing in Kanazawa Soft in the mouth with a fresh sweet melon-like aftertaste. It is the first time in a long time that I have tasted such a delicious sake! It is the first sake in a long time that made me say "Delicious!

匂いは一般的な辛口のお酒味はさっぱり水のように飲める最近は風味の強いお酒を飲んでいたのでやや薄く感じるややみりんのような甘み？があるかな？かなりスイスイ飲める酔った頭では自制できないことがあるかも注意

名前の如く水のように飲めるさっぱりした味を想像したが甘い！とにかく甘い蜜を溶かしたような甘さでもくどくない飲み込むとちょうどいい酸味を残して味が消えていく日本酒が苦手という女性に勧めるとウケがいいかも飲み方は名前の通りロックでお酒自体も凍る一歩手前ぐらいにキンキンに冷やして飲むのがいいと思う

送迎会で貰った米焼酎日本酒の吟醸香のような香りしかし鼻を近づけるとアルコール度数が強いことがわかる味はさっぱりストレートで飲んだがやや舌への刺激が強いので氷をプラス香りが強いため水割りにしても風味が落ちないつまみはさっぱりした和食が良い

24番と比べて刺激が低く果物のような甘みが強いマルヒシリーズはすべからく飲みやすくつまみなしでそれのみでいける！！テレビを見ながら、読書をしながらちびちび舐めるように飲みたい一品

香りは薄いが口に入れた瞬間程よい酸味と甘みにびっくり！香りが薄いので味を想像できない分そのギャップにいい意味で裏切られる！おつまみは味の薄めのものがいいかも
