This sake is about a month old, but the order happened to be my favorite Hanayuyuu Omachi 😅
100% Omachi
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol: 16%.
Gorgeous & fruity aroma
Fruity when you drink it, soft sweetness, umami and spiciness in the hana-eup.
On the second or third day, the sweetness increases and the balance is good, but the spiciness remains the same.
I still prefer to let it sit for a while. ❣️
Omachi has been hi-iru for 4 years in a row.
Less sweet than usual 🤔.
Still, it's a happy taste for those who love sweet 💕
I've been cutting back on sake since the second half of August💦.
And I've been slow in posting 💦.
