キラタソTonight, it's the second half of the GW season and I'm procuring this sake as I return home 💁. Mikotsuru Jungin Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama Sake 2023BY✨. It's been a while since I've had Mikotsuru, but I've been wanting to try Hitogokochi, so I'm looking forward to opening this bottle: ☺️ From the nose, it's not flashy, just a hint of pineapple. The taste is pleasantly sour and fruity with a crisp and clean aftertaste that I like 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Unrefined Nama Sake" from Mikotsuru, which is gaining a reputation as a sake from Nagano, Shinshu. I immediately took a sip. Wow, it is so rich! It is rich in sweetness and flavor, and has a robust taste. It is delicious, but it seems to be to different tastes. Personally, I think it would taste better if it were a little more mature~~, but I thought this was also influenced by my age and physical condition. Lately, I find that lower alcohol drinks, like Akabu, taste better. It is true that as I get older, I have come to prefer milder versions of the same sweet and tasty type. My sons say, "It's delicious! and drink it with chicken wings dipped in white koji (laugh). It was gone in no time (laugh). It was delicious! (I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

ごぉにぃごぉFirst half of GW was driving my mom and relatives around. The liquor store was sold out of Genmai. I had a saké with my father, which I hadn't had for a while. I hadn't had Nagano sake this good in years. He was so happy to drink it! It is true that Nagano's sake is of a very high level.

ルテルテミPurchased at Hankyu Umeda Main Store 9th Traveling SAKE I like this sake. I tasted Mikotsuru's Gohyakumangoku and enjoyed it. I had never tried Miyamanishiki sake, so I bought this one. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma and a sweet but clean taste. After the second day, the sweetness increased, but it was cut off easily. It is a delicious sake. The Miyamanishiki flavor does not get in the way, so it could be paired with a variety of foods. It also went well with sashimi konnyaku 😉.

あおちゃんDrinking at home🎵 I found Mikotsuru at a department store 🏬 on my way for a walk. I remember I had a different sake rice before and it was delicious 😊. I think of Nagano sake as having to drink Hitogokkyo 😁. It is also delicious 😋. It has a slightly sweet aroma and is as smooth and easy to drink as water! Amino acid or glutamic acid? Glutamic acid? A little bitterness 😍 16% alcohol by volume? Don't drink too much ⚠️ I paired it with a Sasaki Sake Cheesecake that a friend gave me, but I'm not sure if it would go well with sake, sake, sake 😰.

＠水橋Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo Unrefined Nama-Hanzake, limited edition, sold by volume in barrels, Kinmon-Nishiki 500ml We had it filled at the brewery store on 4.4.2024. The bottle cost 100 yen, but if you bring the bottle you bought in the past, you can have it filled with a new one for free. In retrospect, I should have bought another bottle of Kinmon-nishiki. It's been 10 days, and I just couldn't resist and put it off 💦. Of course, it tastes fresh and delicious. Makes me want to go back to the store😅.
