Mikotsuru Shinshu Himitsu no Sake Hanpukai Gold Course - Unoigarami Nama-shu Special Limited Edition - Miyamanishiki Prototype
Rating 4.6-4.7
Rice: Miyamanishiki, Alcohol: 16%, Brewing year: 2024BY, Shipping date: November 2025
This wine has a freshness, but it also has a sweetness and umami. The aroma is of white peaches and green apples.
The convergence is slightly smooth with a dry aftertaste. It is excellent both on its own and as a food sake.
Mikotsuru Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai Platinum Course - Bottle warmed, tightly corked, single heating, low temperature maturation, special limited edition, Gohyakumangoku Prototype
Rating 4.5
Rice: Gohyakumangoku, Alcohol: 16%, Brewing year: 2024BY, Shipping date: November 2025
Melon and muscat aroma. The body becomes slightly thicker with aging. It has a slightly dry aftertaste while retaining a sense of maturity. It is designed as a food wine for fall and winter.
Next, I ordered Gokotsuru, a staple when I come to this restaurant. As usual, it is fruity, aromatic, and delicious. After a few glasses of this wine, the first visit to the restaurant was over. We visited another familiar restaurant in OB.

I'm going to be sober for a week starting tomorrow.
So I went to eat ramen for lunch,
I went to eat ramen for lunch and drank craft beer,
After a break, I went for a 10km run,
After finishing the run, I drank craft beer and went to the supermarket.
I went to the supermarket to do a lot of shopping, and while I was picking out sake to go with my sashimi, I found this one.
A cup of canned sake, not a can of beer
Gokotsuru dry junmai sake
What a nice world we live in!
I wish I could take a leisurely trip on a slow train with a can of sake like this in my hand today!
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice Polishing Ratio : Kake 70%, Koji 60
Alcohol content : 16
Content : 180ml
Production Date : 2025.09
Good morning, Las 😃.
It was an energetic day for you, wasn't it? I really long for a slow drinking train 🚃🥹.
Please stir up your imagination while you're sober 👋
It has a strong sweetness, but is easy to drink due to its acidity. It also has a freshness that is typical of nama sake. It went well with Thai sashimi.
New sake is starting to appear here and there, so the refrigerator is ready to welcome them!
So, we had a bottle of Mikotsuru's nama-zake.
Needless to say, the aroma and taste are stable and delicious!
The sweetness of the sake varies depending on the rice used... but this "Hitogokochi" has a refreshing umami taste that fits perfectly with any meal.
It's a perfect match for any meal.
I can't wait for this year's new sake 🥰.

Today I'm going to try this one that I couldn't forget after drinking it at a familiar restaurant 🎶🍶I was very happy to get the last bottle at the brewery and was looking forward to it 😉🎶.
I thought it would be a bit tricky to open since it was an active nigori, but it opened easily 😅.
Let's start with the top clear 😆The aroma has a sweet and sour ginjo aroma with a hint of lychee 😉✨️
In the mouth, first a hint of aroma like rumney 🥤 passes through the nose 🫧🫧 and then a gassy feeling 🫧 and you can't help but say "ume~" 🎶🤤.
When you mix the lees❄, the aroma still calms down. ✨️
When you put it in your mouth, it still has a roundness to it, and maybe a slight bitterness at the end ❔🤔, but still this activity.
Nigori is so delicious💕Please try it next year 😋.
Good evening, Pika!
I know that when I encounter a delicious sake, I can't help but say "umu~" 🤤.
I have never seen this sake, but I would like to drink it someday 😋.
Good evening, ma-ki.
I really want you to drink this sake 🤤💕I'm glad you can have a four-pack of this all to yourself 🤤 but everyone has their own taste preferences so sorry if it doesn't suit you (lol) 🙇.
(First sip comment)
The flavor spreads as soon as you drink it.
Delicious with just a hint of sourness.
(Comment after the third sip)
No, it is too delicious. It is really delicious.
So good that I was worried my tongue was going crazy.
Purchased during a recent visit to a brewery in Suwa.
Yellow-colored and mildly tinged sake
Ginjo aroma with a hint of fruity sweetness
Soft on the palate
Impressive gentle sweetness with no sourness
The low acidity and bitterness are easy to drink thanks to the slight carbonation accenting the taste buds.
The delicious taste of rice and the brewed flavor pass through the nostrils to the finish.
It is not a refreshing and crisp type, but rather a mildly sweet type.
Is it similar to Takachiyo or Toyo Bijin? I guess.
Very tasty!
It's the kind of sake I like.
