The first time I drank fire-brewed Mikotsuru was delicious, so I chose unfiltered raw sake 🍶Gohyakumangoku♪ Both the aroma and mouthfeel are fruity like Gohyakumangoku♪ The aftertaste is sharp with a good amount of bitterness! The bitterness is not to everyone's liking............................................It is also good as a food sake. ⭕️ It's very fresh only because it's a fresh sake 🍶! Nagano sake 🍶 is high quality 🤔.

The first Mikotsuru! Aroma: A hint of fruity rice aroma... sweetness on the palate, followed by an aftertaste of just the right amount of bitterness! Aftertaste from the sweetness...good bitterness to a sharp finish! I like the sweet, mellow, umami taste of Nagano sake 🍶... Nagano sake never fails me 🎵Yummy 😋 Hey... this too... there was some delicious looking "raw bonito" so I had this with it... the "fat" was so rich that you would never guess it was bonito this time of the year... I'd like to try the unfiltered raw one next time,

I love you and I love you too 😃The first bottle for the new year is from Mikotsuru, a sake brewery in Nagano since the end of the year, but I love cranes and good luck 💕 I couldn't visit this brewery during my trip to Nagano, so this is my wish choice with the feeling of wanting to visit them next time 😆 I want to go 😭 lol I love the taste 🤗It is fruity and mellow with a hint of citrus, sweet but refreshing with a lingering bitter aftertaste😍I never go wrong with any sake from Nagano 💕It's really delicious ♬ Label: 🏷️ Difficulty 🍶Purchase location: Hatoya Sake Shop

I personally served last year's No. 1 sake, Gokotsuru Yamane Nishiki, at a gathering of relatives. Everyone enjoyed it so much that a bottle went almost empty! As expected of the world champion!

In the spirit of the saying, "A crane lasts for a thousand years," I'm opening the bottle with the hope that everyone in the family will be healthy this year 😋. The aroma is fruity yet refreshing. The taste is slightly sweet, but not too sweet and not too heavy 😋. Well, as you can imagine... It's still delicious! The first bottle of the new year should start with "delicious" 😊.
