I went to Nagano, but happy to have Nagano sake at home Luxury looking label design It's 2024BY and the shipping date is 2025/11. It's not an ice cave, but it was stored and aged at -5 degrees Celsius. I thought it was lightly cloudy, but I forgot to mix it. I forgot to mix it. It's pretty muddy when I mix it. "Mikotsuru" has a classic image, but this one is surprisingly fruity and modern. It has the distinct acidity and crisp finish you only get from Muroka Nama Genshu. I absolutely love new brew!

Tuesday night... Sake of the season hasn't appeared yet, so I'm holding out for a fire 😩. Mikotsuru's "Kinmon Nishiki" 🍶. It has a more mature aroma and taste, unlike the raw sake 🤣. It's definitely delicious, but But when you know the taste of the nama sake, you may find it a little lacking 💦. I can't wait to try it 🎤. I just want to say 🤣 I can't wait 😍.

Orihunter1️⃣ 0️⃣th book 🕊️🐢hunter 3️⃣th bottle Today we had a new sake from Mikotsuru... junmai dry orikarami 😀. We got it last year too, so this is the second year in a row 😀. Kaorin said it was too spicy for her when she got it last year, but this year she said it tasted good even though it had a strong flavor 🤣. I wonder if this is the progress of her taste buds in a year 😀. Kaorin said last year that this sake might taste better if it was heated up, so next time I'm going to try heating it up to lukewarm 😀.

I was happy to see my daughter as the top performer for the second year in a row, as she was in last year's performance. ✨️ The next day, Sunday, I was exhausted from working on site early in the morning, so let's have a drink while watching my daughter's performance that I captured on camera on Monday night, this time I opened it 🍶. Mikotsuru Special Limited Edition Miyamanishiki Orikagarami Nama-nihonshu. This is one of the last two bottles of this year's Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai! ［A glass.] The aroma is sweet with a hint of strawberry, and the mouthfeel has a tangy gassy sensation on the tongue, followed by a strawberry-like acidity and a refreshing sweetness. ［Mokkiri.] The mouthfeel has a slight gassy sensation, followed by a refreshing sweet umami taste, and then it finishes with a refreshing aftertaste and a strawberry-like faintly sweet aftertaste. The depth of the sweetness increases as the orikomi mixes with the sake, giving it a light "Takachiyo" image. The deep flavor of the duck meat and the horse mackerel sashimi from Ishikawa go well together.

At Hi and Yoi. This is my first visit to Suwa Gokura with a reservation while soaking in the afterglow of the Suwa Gokura Machiaruki drinking tour. Next is Mikotsuru. It is a beautiful sake! Team Touji Takeuchi is the best!
