Mikotsuru Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025 Gold Course Special Limited Edition Miyamanishiki Unoigarami Nama-shu.
The last sake of the 2025 Hanpukai will be from last year's Grand Prix winner Mikotsuru.
It has an aroma of apple and muscat with a hint of citrus nuance, and on the palate, you can feel a faint gasiness. The texture is mellow, and the deep sweetness and umami with a hint of oriki (rice cake) spread out generously. The aftertaste is clean and crisp with pleasant bitterness and acidity.
The freshness and the moderate sense of maturity from ice storage are well balanced and harmonized!

I said I would be a hunter to hunt Shinshu Kamerei this year, but since I'm here, I'd like to combine my favorite Nagano sake, Shinshu Kamerei and Mikotsuru, and be a Tsurukame hunter 😀.
The first Mikotsuru we will be having now is a Shinshu secret hanpukai sake, so we got this ogara-mi.
I'm not sure of the detailed specs since it was a Shinshu secret hanpukai sake 🤣.
We compared the top clear sake and the mixed sake that had been brought to room temperature and the hiya state, and they all tasted great😇!
Each one has a different taste impression, but I think my favorite was the mixed and chilled one 😇.
They are all fruity, but this chilled mixture gave me the most fruity and refreshing taste 😀.
In my opinion, the two best Nagano sake are Shinshu Kamerei's 🐢 and Gokotsuru's 🕊️(I think of cranes). ❤️
Tsurukame hunters and 🕊️🐢 hunters are the best😇
Good evening, Yasube!
I'm hunting for a new one 🎵.
I'd like to try drinking at Otsuru-san too 🤤.
I've never come across it in my area 😅.
I'm sure there are many ways to enjoy Orizake 🤗
Good morning, ma-ki-!
It is good that you can enjoy not only different temperatures of nigori type sake, but also different ways of mixing the ori (ori) in one bottle 😇.
I'm especially happy when I can enjoy the different expressions of the supernatant and the mixture 😇.
Good morning, Yasubeyesan 🌞You've upgraded to a Tsurukame hunter 😆 Mikotsuru is another Nagano sake I'm interested in, but it's hard to find 😅I guess I'll have to try that liquor store again ✨.
Hi Nao888 😀
I would love for you to try Gokotsuru sake as it is one of my favorite sake 😀.
I'm usually at that liquor store every Saturday when they open, so if it's convenient for you, I'd love to join you 😇
This is a Yamae-Nishiki brewery limited edition and test brew purchased at Suwa Mikotsuru Sake Brewery on a previous Yamanashi/Shinshu sake brewery tour 🎶😆 I have high expectations for this 🤤.
Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️It has a fruity ginjo aroma like a gorgeous apple🍎❔ lychee 🎶✨️
In the mouth, there is a slight sourness 🫧, sweet and sour with a bitter or spicy finish ❔, it's still delicious 🤤🎶 and the rich flavor of Yamae Nishiki rice (or is that just my imagination? 😆) is good ❗👍️Gokotsuru never fails to deliver.
I bought a limited edition at a brewery during my trip to Matsumoto.
What's so different about Type R from the usual? I asked him and he said it was designed for circuit driving. I asked him what the difference was, and he said that it was made with the wrong yeast.
I think it is less sweet and more refreshing than the usual one.
The cellar is full, so I have to consume it as soon as possible! However, it's the season for year-end parties, isn't it?

Mikotsuru, Miyamanishiki, ORIGARUMI, and beyond
The aroma is mild and cider-like.
The first sip is gassy, sweet and sour, and fresh.
It is light, yet rounded and makes you want to savor it.
It is really delicious, and it is from last year's grand prix winning brewery.
Fruity from the moment you open the bottle. Like grape skins. A slight carbonation-like stimulation. Sourness and umami that envelops the nourishment. This quality within a few hours of opening the bottle. It's a good thing it's a bottle!
Today we had Mikotsuru's Kinmon Nishiki 😀.
This may be the last fire-brewed sake before the transition to nama-shu 🤣.
I had a Yamadanishiki Miko-chan a while ago, but I still think I might prefer Miko-chan made with Nagano sake rice😇.
The taste is much more subdued compared to the raw version, but it was still a delicious sake with a fruity feel 😇.
Hi Yasbay 🐦!
Finally, the last one! And the last one is Goko-chan, who seems to be a Shinshu sake lover, Yasubeyesan and his friends😊.
I also prefer Shinshu sake made with unique sake rice ❣️ because it suits the climate 🤔
Hi Pon-chan 😀
Maybe local sake rice goes well with sake after all😇.
I'll postpone the start of the sake drinking year to Sunday because the liquor store informed me that the new sake from my favorite sake company will be in on Saturday 🤣.
A little bit of a drink in Fukushima! The train is about to depart, so it's time for the last drink. I was wondering what to do when I found Mikotsuru! I chose this one, and the waiter asked me if I wanted to go that way 😄I did indeed go from dry to fruity (lol), but I wanted to drink it, so I asked for it (lol).
Now the aroma is fresh like apples and peaches. I don't even think it is fire-roasted. The taste is sweet and fruity and delicious. The sweetness is not unpleasant, and the end is beautiful.
This is the best place to drop by in a little time 😄.
Hi Sashi 😃
I could tell from your post that this is a good place to have a light drink or three 😄.
I think it is one of the best parts of having a drink when you go out for a while and find a good place to eat 😁.
Hi Hiro 😄It's really a good place for a quick drink and easy to get into! It's good to have a place like this where you can have a little drink. I found a good place!
🍶🤓.
Fruity aroma is fluffy 👍.
Strong sweetness, light acidity, moderate alcohol ✨.
Aromatic and drinkable sake.
I might want to drink it after dinner 🤗
Yoshimura Sake Brewery in Tsuruma is our summer beer server. They have a great lineup of sake 👏I visited several times and told them I love the slightly gaseous taste and they recommended Mikotsuru which I was curious about so I tried it today 🙌Open the bottle and hit the button: ‼️ It is indeed a very slightly sparkling sake that I love ❤️ with a delicious soft sweetness 🍶 but... the sweetness doesn't cut it.... But...it's not for all time drinking...well, we have a lot of different sakes coming to our house now, so it's in the rotation 🙌
