The second restaurant of the "Gurutonami Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn" was an Indian restaurant where we had beer and a light lunch equivalent of naan, curry, tandoori chicken, and salad 😋.
No sake, so we moved on to the third restaurant, Ponka 👍.
Sure enough, we had our first encounter with sake. This sake was the additional sake we requested.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the flavor of the rice. It went well with the "Ebi Majo" (shrimp) that we requested as an additional side dish.

2025/6/17-6/19, the last day of the [Gurutonami Chigasaki 2025] event. I wanted to drink some more sake, and although I used up my event ticket, I entered Ponka on the first day in search of the sake I was interested in😅.
I had met a hiyayoroshi junmai sake with the same shade of label/quality label in September 2019 (4th image).
It was my first Gobashi junmai sake in 6 years and the pink is the spring label 🤗.
Even though it's a junmai sake, it has a slight ginjo-like aroma.
It has a slight ginjo aroma even though it is a junmai sake. For some reason, there is a raw sake-like stimulation on the tongue when you put it in your mouth, and I thought it was a refreshing sake with a taste that I never got tired of drinking.

2025/6/17-6/19, there is an event called [Gurutonami Chigasaki 2025] and we are going to an event where we can enjoy our first izakaya or snack bar.
It's a good plan to explore new restaurants 🤗.
It has almost no aroma, but I think it is a sharp and dry sake with sourness and bitterness on the palate.

It has a fruity aroma, and in the mouth it is a crisp, dry sake with a hint of sourness in its mildness.

20250619, Junmai Daiginjo-shu Takashimizu was reunited after 2 years since 2023, and the label had changed.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu from Takashimizu reunited after 6 years🥰.
We met at a restaurant we used for the after-party of a 2017 year-end party and had given it a 2- to 3-star rating with vague memories 😅.
When I met it again and drank it from a sober state, I found it to be a slightly dry sake with a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a crisp acidity and umami taste on the palate, so I upgraded it to a 4-star rating 😋😄🤗.
