Aromatic sweet taste, the opposite of dry and crisp. The ginjo aroma is subdued. The moment I took it into my mouth, I felt sweetness, followed by sourness, and finally bitterness. Purchased at the souvenir shop inside the ticket gate of Okayama Station on September 4, when I visited Bizen Ichinomiya and 3 Bizen Ichinomiya shrines on a one-day trip to Okayama by 18-ticket ticket.

It is definitely light but not sharp, so it is light and dry without making you feel dry. The taste is soft on the palate and does not leave a lingering aftertaste. It is best served with light dishes such as yakko or sashimi. The alcohol content is slightly high at 17°. We liked the container and bought it as a souvenir at Akita station building during our trip to Tohoku last December. I unearthed it deep in the refrigerator.

It has a fruity sweet taste, but the acidity and umami of the rice follow after the sip. It is easy to drink and well-balanced, so it goes well with anything. If you go to Mie, you can't go wrong with this sake. Purchased at Kintetsu Toba Station

More than light and dry. Although it lacks flamboyance, it is a moderate sake. It has a good sharpness and almost no acidity, so it is easy to pair with any food. Purchased at Kawaguchiko Station

Aromatic and slightly dry. It is not spectacular, but you can taste the umami of the rice. It is best paired with dishes with strong flavors, such as yakitori, teriyaki, and chicken nanban, rather than light dishes.
