Seikyu Soma Dori Junmai Akkatsu Nigori Uma Uma Uma
We bought some delicious horse sashimi at Aizu Sakashita, so we went to nearby Gonoi Sake Brewery and had a glass of our favorite Sama nigori (nigori).
It has just the right amount of sweetness, moderate acidity from the white malted rice, and a gassy feeling that is typical of Samma.
It's so good, not too sweet 😫👍!
Corner bar at a liquor store near Kyoto Station
Recommended by the super-beautiful waitress!
Berry flavor and acidity,
It is different from lactic or citrus type sake,
Very tasty 😆.
Seikyu Soma Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
My favorite sake from Shirakawa, which I bought when I went back to Aizu.
It has a beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity without any clutter, just like a Junmai Ginjo made from Yamadanishiki.
It has a juicy berry taste and a gasiness that is typical of Soma.
It's so delicious 😫👍
Junmai Activated Nigori.
From weak sweetness to dryness.
My first impression was that it had a strong alcohol content. But the alcohol content was only 13%. It was low in alcohol and easy to drink.
Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
(My own impression after drinking it)
It is another brand of Jinya.
It looks clear and colorless. It has a slight ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness appears on the whole surface. As it rolls around on the tongue, sweetness appears, but the spiciness lingers at the end. Like Jinya, it is a delicious sake that is ideal as a food sake. It could use a little more rice flavor. This sake has a nice sharpness that goes down your throat. This sake is also good enough, but we found that Jinya, another brand, is even better. I wanted to compare it with Jinya at the same time, but it was not possible because it was sold out and not in stock.

Tonight, the weather is getting hotter and I'm already feeling a little bummed 🥵. Here's my first alcoholic beverage post to beat the heat 🙌
Seikyuu Soma Dori Series UMAUMA Umauma Junmai Akkatsu Nigori Nama 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.
I've been interested in this brand for a while but I couldn't help but pick it up when I saw that it was an active nigori sake. ☺️
The bottle was opened easily as it was cold and chilled. 😮💨 The aroma was mild and smelled like yeast No. 6. It tastes like clear melon soda 🥤🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.
The dry dry aftertaste is very noticeable and it is very dangerous to drink it too fast. ⚠️
This was a horse that I will definitely repeat 😋🐴😋🐴😋😋.
Hi Kirataso, nice to meet you!
I saw this one at the liquor store and was really curious about it 🤤 I knew it was as good as the name 🍶✨The dry aftertaste is dangerous 😆 I want to buy it next time it's still available 😊.
@Kotaro.
Nice to meet you ☺️ I think it's a Must Buy if you can still find it at the liquor store 👛 Apparently they use white malted rice, but I get the impression it's more refreshing without being sour 🙌
I bought it because it was being promoted at a liquor store I had not been to in a while.
The "beware of spewing" label is a sign that it is an active nigori sake.
Well, the bottle was opened smoothly.
A sip, and the strong carbonation stimulates the tongue and throat, while the sweetness and bitterness goes by in a swoosh!
It's delicious~, perhaps due to the low alcohol content, it seems to go down easily.
