It's a fruity yet youthful roughness as the name "Rough Running" suggests, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes over time with its solid weight 🎵. After 2 days, it will become more rounded and delicious, with a good combination of the roughness ✨. And Gyve, sorry for the gift again 🙏Wakasa beef and Taniguchiya's Oage 🦊 I had Oage with steak ❗I'm also happy to hear that they use Hokkaido rapeseed oil ❗Wow~oh~, I'm so glad I've had this in my life! Wow~Oh, the best fried bean curd I've ever eaten in my life‼️ I didn't know such delicious fried bean curd existed 😲My wife, who doesn't eat much tofu food, said it was delicious ❗Crispy and juicy inside, this Echizen soy sauce is also excellent ❗Green onion and grated radish go well together 🎵. I tried to eat it in other ways like ponzu, but it was already gone 😂.

As an Echizen cape fan, I am very happy 😂. Thank you so much Gyve 🙇. First of all, the name is cool 👍I can feel the refreshing albeit robust taste ❗Maybe I've never had Echizenmisaki like this 🤔Tanabe Shuzo brews various types of sake: fruity, umami, spicy and refreshing, and robust sake. ‼️ The new season will be a busy time for everyone with transfers, handovers, newcomer guidance, and the start of work, but if you can get through it, delicious sake awaits you ✨Go for it 🎵.

(*^▽^*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 I stopped by a liquor store on my way home from exploring Fukui Station the other day and bought this Echizen Cape ✨😀 I haven't seen it in about 4 years 🐧. The aroma is a bit of a gorgeous ginjo aroma😊The mouthfeel is smooth and the sweetness and umami of the rice is elegant in the mouth 😘The aftertaste is short and disappears quickly 😚👍. It is a well-balanced and delicious sake 🥳👍

I asked the owner to bring me a recommendation from three of the bottles, and I "jacked" them. The label is cool, and in fact the flavor is as guttural and impactful as this label. It has a sake strength of +10, which makes it seem very dry, but it has a strong flavor and is not so harsh. However, the alcohol content is high, so be careful not to drink too much.

Echizenmisaki Junginjo-Hyonen Limited Bottle Unrefined Nama-shu (2022BY) opens with a mild iso-type aroma with a hint of chocolate and a mature aroma. Despite the lush mouthfeel, it has a strong alcoholic character with a firm acidity and a rich umami flavor, followed by a light astringency. The middle part of the bottle is also filled with a tangy acidity, and it finishes with a light bitterness and underlying sweetness in the lingering aftertaste. I like the mellow complexity, calm umami, and sharpness. There are many raw aged sakes in Japan, but I would like people to know about them. At room temperature, the gentle ripeness and umami increase, in the sun, the acidity and sweetness increase and the astringency also increases, at human skin, the acidity catches up and the astringency is on the tongue, at lukewarm, it has a strong aftertaste, at hot, it has a balanced aftertaste because the alu feeling is also felt later, and at flying, it has a smooth umami and aftertaste including masking by the temperature. When heated, you can feel the ripeness of the sake, and when cooled, you can feel the ripeness of the sake, and when you add a little more, you can feel the three-dimensionality of the sake. Personally, I think it's cool to chilled or hot. It's a good choice, but I think it's quite tasty.

Echizen cape that I had gotten last month at FURUMAIYA in Atre, Kawasaki Station. It is a 300ml bottle of Junmai Daiginjo, 50% polished Yamadanishiki. There is no mention of it on the label, but I think it was labeled as an original FURUMAIYA bottle at the store. It has a pleasant aroma that comes in cleanly and smoothly, but it also has a calm appearance and a unique acidity that reminds me of the stoicism of a Zen meditation hall of the strict Soto sect in Eiheiji Temple (just my opinion, 😅).
