Soft texture with a sense of freshness.
The aroma is mild on the palate.
Along with a refreshing summery citrus acidity,
The taste is not too light, but it is not too light either.
The taste is not too light,
It is not too light, but has a refreshingly light and summery impression.
It is a perfect summer sake.
Hanakura
Founded in 1876, it is a small sake brewery run by a family of three...I am attracted by the small but solid atmosphere that seems to continue to produce good sake. (Simple)
It was easy to drink with a crisp and refreshing impression. It is good as a food sake.
Two days after opening the bottle, the flavor and sweetness seemed to have increased. It was delicious.
It is quite transparent.
Gentle and sweet.
The sweetness is pure and clear with no unpleasant taste.
The umami taste is also full and you do not feel it is lacking.
The mild aftertaste is finished off by a slight bitterness.
It is easy to drink, but the umami is well loaded with flavor.

A series of business trips before GW
During GW, a family member had an accident and returned to Fukuoka in a hurry.
And then another business trip.
Busy days for me💦.
I'm sorry for the delay in following up with everyone.
I apologize for the delay in following up with you all, but when I skip a post, it piles up quickly.
I'm in a hurry to get it all together and post it because my memory is starting to fade.
I'm going to enjoy Shizuoka Night to the fullest!
The second restaurant was Tado, a famous izakaya in Shizuoka that Kazuhiko Ota and Rui Yoshida visited!
We ordered the following
Haginiki Special Honjozo Minami-Alps (1 gou) for 605 yen!
Another Haginiki order!
It seems to be a popular popular sake in Shizuoka!
This one has a stronger sweet flavor than the original sake from the warehouse!
This one tastes more like Asoe!
Boiled bamboo shoots - 660 yen!
Sea jar - 990 yen!
Oden beef tendon 2*2 yen
Black hanpen 121 yen
It would be an exaggeration to say that all the dishes are exquisite, but they are really delicious. ❗️
This is indeed a famous izakaya with close ties to the local community!
The work is done with great care and attention to detail.
Especially the simmered bamboo shoots are the best!
You can fully enjoy spring just by this 🌸
Hiraccio, here we go😊.
Takable is really a long-established restaurant.
Not too quiet, not too noisy, and the clientele seems to be nice!
I would love to go back👍

I parted ways with Mr. S, who was flying back to Shizuoka Station, and checked into a hotel in front of the station!
I was tired after 3 consecutive days of business trip, and since tomorrow is my day off, I decided to stay over at my own expense!
After a short adjustment of time, we headed to Omura Bar!
This is the same bar where Mr. Rui Yoshida went to...
We ordered the following
Bonito sashimi for 900 yen!
Fresh and delicious!
Fried black hanpen 520 yen
First time to try❗️Hanpen itself is delicious, so there is no need to season it!
Crispy and chewy🙆
And the sake to go with it!
Haginishiki Kuradashi Harazake (Honjozo) 570 yen (1 gou)
Even though it is alky sake, it has a refreshing and light rum-like taste!
It somehow resembles Gakki!
This is a happy encounter!
Hiraccio, sorry for the super late response: 🙇♀️
Omura bar had a lively and fun atmosphere!
The bonito sashimi was delicious, but I liked the fried black pepper: ❗️
This is delicious!
Special Honjozo. It is a special honjozo, with a clean dry taste. When I was in Shizuoka, I stopped by a local liquor store and bought this on the owner's recommendation.
It is a family owned sake brewery that is very particular about their sake 🍶.
I think I could have bought a whole bottle.
This is Haginishiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
I got it at a liquor store near my parents' house when I went back to Nagoya. It was a fresh sake with a hint of acidity. It was recommended by the store owner.
Tonight, I served it with croquettes.
ornamental crossed rafter ends on shrine gables
Soft. Refreshing. A little bitterness at the end. It is very dry with a sake degree of +10, but it has a hint of sweetness.
Purchased at a sake brewery. Sake brewery tour across Shizuoka Prefecture (bullet train).
It is located in downtown Shizuoka and seems to be a good friend of Raccoon Ana, the izakaya we visited the day before. There was a large spring of water from the Abekawa River in the premises, and we were allowed to draw it. The water was soft and tasty.
