It is a 3 year old brewed in 2020.
It has a very soft taste ^ ^.
The taste oozes out after after after like dashi...☺️
It is a very gentle and soft sake, just like the spring water in the brewery and the brewers ^ ^.
I went home with a bottle of sake.
Tonight, too, we are enjoying Haginishiki, a local sake. We usually drink honjozo sake, but sometimes junmai sake is also great hot. So we are enjoying Suruga-drunk sake. It is delicious. Thank you very much.
It's great to enjoy a top grade sake, kosaeita, made with local water from the Abegawa River and served hot! Compared to the usual second-grade sake, it seems to have more umami from the rice. I'm a food sake drinker, so this is the perfect partner for me! Thank you very much! Thank you very much!
It has been a long time since I have posted. The cold weather is still continuing. That's when I enjoy my favorite local sake, served hot. Tonight, I am going to enjoy Karakuchi sake. As for myself, I am sure that I will never get tired of regular honjozo, and I might even like it. I hope you all enjoy Shizuoka's Haginishiki as much as I do! LOL!
