Craft Sake
It's not sake, but I'll give it to you just in case.
A good match for sweet-and-sour pork.

13% aged in red wine barrels, sweet and tasty, so it goes well with strong sweet-and-sour pork.
The final form of potato salad.
Vinegared pork with black vinegar
Asakusa, a doburoku brewery.
We had several kinds of freshly made doburoku.
We started with a standard doburoku called Hanagumori.
It was very different from other doburoku, which are bottled and distributed in large quantities.
It has a rich flavor, but is not too sweet with a strong acidity, making it very easy to drink.
The one made with dashi (I lost the name) is unique but very tasty.
The doburoku with peaches is also excellent.
Lately I have been thinking that doburoku is the best drink among all cocktails in the world when it comes to pairing with fresh fruit.
I bought some Hanagumori and amazake to-go.
I thought the amazake was the best amazake I had ever tasted.

Kibanano Brewery says that they can make sake like this because they are free to make other brews in any way they like, but that is not what they are aiming for.
They say that they can make this kind of sake as well.
