Hakodate is a sake from Goryonokura, now a separate company from Kamikawa Taisetsu 🧐 Special Junmai made with white malted rice 🍶 mild citrus aroma, citric acidity from sweet and tasty.
Hakodate Goryonozo K.K. was founded in 2021 by Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo. This is the first sake brewery to be established in Hakodate in about 50 years.
It has a clean texture, but the sweetness is subdued and the taste is rather dry. It was very easy to drink and delicious.
We received a bottle of Goryo Junmai Ginjo from a rare brewery. It has a fresh, fruity aroma, but it also has a deep, robust flavor.
It is a beautiful sake with sweetness, spiciness, acidity, and umami.

It is a special junmai with just the right balance. It tastes dry and fruity, and I think I can understand Ginpu. It is delicious. I'm getting it locally in Hakodate! I'm drinking it with people who like dry sake, so this is good.
