Stopped by before going to Hakodate Racecourse (Hakodate Memorial) 👍.
We were able to see the tanks and talk with the staff at the store. ☺️
I asked what the Hakodate National College of Technology Brewing Lab was and they replied "Hakodate National College of Technology Brewing Lab". I asked them what the Hakodate National College of Technology Brewing Lab was, and they told me that students from the college discover and research yeast, and the brewers at Goryonokura use that yeast to brew their sake 🤔.
So we had it with food at our stay in Yunokawa Onsen. ☺️
Yum! It's delicious 😋.
By the way, I couldn't buy a ticket for the Hakodate Memorial because it went on sale before I could make my prediction 💦.
But, however...! My prediction was wrong 😱.
I'm glad I couldn't buy a ticket 🤣.
