The second glass was the restaurant's original special junmai sake.
It tasted light but mellow and went well with the sea urchin.
And what's more, each and every sea urchin dish at this restaurant was the best 😆.
I would like to go back to this restaurant again!
Hakodate is a long way away though lol
I'm back from my honeymoon and have been a little slacking, but I'm happy to post this 🍶.
This is the sake we drank at the restaurant "Uni Murakami" in Hakodate, where we were traveling.
Tokachi and Kamikawa Taisetsu from the same company are often seen in Kansai, but Goryo is not so easy to find.
On the other hand, when I went to souvenir shops in Hakodate, I found Goryo and Goho 😅.
The taste was well balanced, fruity, modern, and easy to drink. 🙆♂️
Welcome back, Tatsu-san!
We too spent our honeymoon in Hakodate and spent a week traveling to Yamagata 🚆.
The night view is beautiful too 🌉.
I don't get a chance to drink much sake from Hokkaido, but I have a feeling I'm going to love the umakuchi fruity 😁✨✨.
MA-KI-, I'm back! LOL!
I see that you were! What a coincidence😳
It's not easy to drink it unless you are in Hokkaido, but if you see it, please try it 😊.
