This is also my favorite Hachikan Nishiki.
It has a great alcohol taste and a mackie aroma as usual.
It is marked as requiring refrigeration, but I like it when it has settled down a bit.
The second day is also promising!
A major earthquake hit on New Year's Day while I was back home. Our hometown managed to escape serious damage, but the sake breweries in Okunoto were severely damaged. I am deeply moved to be able to drink Noto sake again!
Very gentle on the palate.
Alcoholic taste is not too much and goes in easily.
The sweetness and bitterness are just right!
We are grateful to be able to drink sake from Suzu again this year!
I got this from a coworker. I really wanted to give him the Hachitan-Nishiki one, but that one is filtered, so I gave him this one. I'm still not sure of my own tastes, to be honest. But thank you for everything.
At first glance I thought it might be too sweet, but after drinking it several times, it's not so sweet, and it has a full-bodied, sharp aftertaste. I am looking forward to seeing how the taste changes after opening the bottle. I hope it will be easier to drink.
You can feel the sweetness of the rice with moderate weight. Above all, the reasonable price, which can be changed for Shibasaburo Kitasato, makes it a pleasant evening staple.
Such a daily routine seems very precious. Is this a surviving product, as the production date is August of this year? How did it reach me... I was grateful to have it, imagining how it came to be in my possession.
