Souvenir sake from a business trip to Hokuriku🍶.
Slightly fruity aroma, slightly sweet and mildly acidic, with a flavor that spreads from the first impression. It is easy to drink with a mellow mouthfeel and is good as a food sake.
Social gathering with business partners🥂 Part 2
At an izakaya where you can drink 100 kinds of sake
Sukiyaki course➕90min all-you-can-drink
The all-you-can-drink system is a dreamy system where you can pour as much sake as you like into a glass from the corner where there are many bottles of sake 😄.
Since we were there, we chose only sake brands that we had never had before 😁.
This is the last one at this store 🍶.
Sogen Junmai Hachitan-Nishiki Unfiltered Nama Sake
This may be the first time to drink Sogen too 🍶.
100% Hachitan-Nishiki, Polishing ratio 55
17% alcohol by volume
Moving on to the next restaurant 😉.
Here we go! To a 🍷stylish wine bar 🥂.
Out of season, the aluzoe shiboritate nama sake, heated to 60°C, is cooked rice, and delicious. Considering the current state of the world, I thought it was very luxurious to feel the hokuhoku rice from the liquid.
A cup of sake that I somehow chose at a store selling Ishikawa products.
Although it has a slightly classical aroma and flavor, it is a tasty cup with a clear and delicious flavor.
Honjozo 🍶Nagori Sake✨Nama Sake
A rare drink with 3 of my older sisters 😅 here's the first one.
Gentle ☺️, not sharp. Sweet and light. Dry and sharp aftertaste. Good as a toast 👍

Sogen Sake Brewery, Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan Sogen Ishikawa-mon Junmai
I usually drink Sogen honjozo sake, but this time I decided to try the Junmai Sake from Ishikawa-mon, produced in Okunoto.
The sake is a soft and full-flavored sake, whereas the sake from the original brewery is very rustic and demanding.
