(**Ohmigosh*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I got a bottle of Sogen, a local sake 😀 I bought it because it was at a liquor store I hadn't been to in a while✋It doesn't have much aroma, but when you drink it, it has a good balance of sourness and umami, with a concentrated flavor. It is slightly dry and has a nice sharpness so you won't get tired of drinking it 🤔It is a delicious sake, almost like a first squeezed raw sake 😚.

Drink and cheer 📣✊! I received a bottle of sake from Sogen Sake Brewery, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀 I drink this sake often and have memories of going to the brewery last year to buy Kiri sake 😥 I hope they will resume sake production soon. The aroma has a slight ginjo aroma 😊. On the palate, it has a rich rice🌾 flavor, a gentle sweetness, a strong richness/taste, and a good cut 😚👍It has a lingering and spicy taste that is perfect 😋. Stable Sogen is a delicious sake no matter what time of day you drink it ✨.

Sake bearing of Sasayama in Tawaramachi also has 6 kinds of sake bearing. Sogen's Samurai Princess. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity. The acidity is moderate, and the aftertaste is delicious and crisp. I heard that this Samurai series also includes King, Queen, and Prince! I would like to try them.
